BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 2000 block of Gunbarrel Road, being off the southeast line of Gunbarrel Road southwest of Shallowford Road. Part of an unplatted tract, being part of the property described in deed book 3308, page 782, ROHC. To find the true point of beginning of said part of tract, start at the southeast corner of lot 1, Gunbarrel Crossing, as shown by plat of record in plat book 52, page 67, ROHC, thence southwest 24.94 feet with the extension of the southeast line of said lot 1 to the northwesternmost corner of proposed lot 19, Gunbarrel Commons (not yet recorded), thence southeast 162.34 feet with the northeast line of said proposed lot 19 to a point in the eastern limit of the present C-2 zone, the true point of beginning, thence northeast some 613 feet with said zoning line to the northeast line of a proposed 80 foot wide private road, thence southeast some 1037 feet with the northeast line of said road to a point in the eastern terminus of the presently proposed extension, thence southwest 90 feet with said eastern terminus, and the extension thereof, to a point 10 feet southwest of the southwest line of said proposed road, thence northwest some 418 feet parallel to, and 90 feet southwest of, the northeast line of said proposed road, to the most northerly corner of proposed lot 17, thence southwest some 73 feet to the most eastern corner of proposed lot 19, thence northwest some 221 feet with the northeast line of said lot 19 to a corner therein, thence northeast some 415 feet with the southeast line of lot 19 to a point 10 feet southwest of the southwest line of said proposed road, thence northwest 50 feet parallel to said road, thence southwest some 430 feet with the northwest line of lot 19 to a corner therein, thence northwest some 38 feet with the northeast line of lot 19 to the true point of beginning.
